For over a decade TC cupcakes has focused on quality and flavour. From the beginnings in Jakarta to our new base in Bali there has never been a compromise in the quality of the ingredients used.

Our cake recipe includes only the highest quality flour, eggs, and sugar. Every batch is hand mixed and baked one tray at a time. We continually check and make improvements to our taste and texture. We make and blend our own flavours. Fruit flavours and compote are home made from real fruit, no jars, bottles, or artificial flavours. Caramel, chocolate ganache and other toppings are blended in house. We have tried and rejected many products that we felt did not meet our high standards. Our buttercream has no vegetable fat, oil, or other added ingredients. Simply, egg white, sugar and real dairy butter of the highest quality. Even the cookies are home baked from simple, high quality ingredients and baked fresh every day.

For all these reasons we believe that our products are of the highest value. We try to keep our prices competitive without sacrificing quality.
